Butt Kicks

Purpose of this exercise: TO BUILD RUNNING SPEED

Not only does this exercise aid in building running speed, but it is also a good warm-up exercise.


Technique
1. Begin running. As each heel is brought up, try to kick your buttocks with that leg.  
2. You do not need to run quickly, but tap your butt and fast as you can. Be sure to maintain control.

CAUTIONS!!
•Never exercise without a competent spotter
