Ball Forward Throw |
|
Purpose
of this exercise: TO DEVELOP UPPER BODY POWER
This
is one of many exercises you can do with a medicine
ball. Variations include a two-arm overhead throw, two-arm
underhand throw, and one arm throws. If you don't have
a partner, toss the ball in the air with two hands,
catch it and then throw it back up as quick as possible.
Be sure to bend your knees when doing this exercise.
|

a partner, stand facing each other, approximately
5 feet apart. Holding your hands at chest level,
make a basketball chest pass with the medicine ball
to your partner. |

| 2. |
After
catching the ball, your partner should immediately
pass it back to you. |
