Dumbbell Incline Press

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP THE UPPER PECTORALIS MUSCLES

You can vary the angle of the bench; the more upright the bench, the more you work the upper pectoralis muscles.

Technique
1. Set the bench at the incline of 30-45 degrees.
2. Lie on the incline bench with the dumbbells at the arms length over the head with palms facing forward.
3.

Slowly lower the dumbbells under control until you feel a stretch in the chest or the dumbbells touch the chest.

4. Push the dumbbells upwards while exhaling until the arms are fully extended.

CAUTIONS!!
•Never exercise without a competent spotter
