Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP BACK STABILIZATION and CORE STRENGTH

Back stabilization exercises are important to support your spine and upper body.


Technique
1. Lie face down on the floor and extend your arms straight out overhead.
2. Simultaneously lift the upper body and legs off the floor.
3. Hold this position for 3-5 seconds.
4. Return to the starting position and immediately repeat.
