Slalom Skier

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP LATERAL STRENGTH AND AGILITY

Total foot contact with the ground's surface will produce the most power. Your bodyweight should lean slightly forward onto the balls of your feet, permitting you to push off powerfully.


Technique
1. Keeping the body as rigid as possible, jump with both feet together from side to side in a forward direction as quickly as possible.  

CAUTIONS!!
•Your upper body slightly in front of your belly button.
