Frog Hops

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP AGILITY AND EXPLOSIVE POWER IN YOUR LEGS

The ability to generate power is critical to successful athletic performance. A powerful athlete is able to generate maximum force in the shortest time possible.


Technique
1. Starting in a frog position, propel your body up and forward to a fully extended position  
2. As you extend, reach your arms over your head.
3. Return to the frog position.

CAUTIONS!!

• Your entire body including the arms should be completely straight at the top of the jump.
