300 Yard Shuttle

Purpose of this exercise: CONDITIONING DRILL

This exercise is an agility and conditioning drill to evaluate level of conditioning.


Technique
1. Start on goal line of football field.  
2. Sprint to 50 yardline, bend down, touch the line and return to goal.
3. Repeat 3 times without stopping for a total of 300 yards.

CAUTIONS!!
• Try to keep your sprints under control through balance.
