Reach and Run

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP ACCELERATION

By leading forward, your body is forced to accelerate at a faster than normal rate.


Technique
1. Start up tall on your toes, punch your arms out in front, shoulder width apart.
2. Run forward with your heels over knees.

CAUTIONS!!
•Your upper body slightly in front of your belly button.
•Keep your back straight, do not bend at the waist.
