Ball Squats

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP THE QUADRICEPS, GLUTEUS MAXIMUS,SACROSPINALIS AND HAMSTRINGS

The ball squat is a good exercise you can perform without weights.


Technique
1. Place a ball in the small of your back and lean with your back against the wall.  
2. Keeping your back straight and legs shoulder-width apart, squat until your butt almost touches your heels. The ball should be rolling up and down your spine as you squat and stand.

CAUTIONS!!

•DO NOT bounce at the bottom of the squat. Bouncing could injure the ligaments of your knee.
