Bench Dips

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP THE PECTORALS, DELTOIDS, TRICEPS.

This is a good exercise when you don't have access to dip bars, and it works the same muscles.


Technique
1. Stand with your back to a workout bench. Lean back, supporting yourself on your hands and keeping your back straight. You can think of it as a push-up on your back.  
2. Slowly extend your arms until they are straight. Make sure you keep your back rigid. Return to the starting position.

CAUTIONS!!
•Do not arch your back while pushing up.
