Shoulder Crossovers

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP THE REAR DELTOIDS

By using cables for this exercise, your get a longer range of motion with continuous resistance.


Technique
1. Using two floor level pulleys, take a handle in each hand with your arms crossed in front of you.
2. Keeping your back straight, bend over until your torso is almost parallel to the floor.
3. Keep your arms as straight as possible while drawing the handles across your body.
4. Extend your arms straight out to the sides. Stretch as far as possible and then slowly return to the starting position.

CAUTIONS!!

Be careful to keep your back straight.
