Long Jumps

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP LATERAL POWER

You should perform these drills at maximum speed and intensity for best development. Focus on execution. Stop and rest if fatigued.


Technique
1. Take four running steps forward. On the fifth step, swing both arms back and propel yourself forward as far as you can.  
2. Continue running in the air until you land on both feet.

CAUTIONS!!
• Keep your chest in line with the direction you are moving.
