Quick Jumps

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP FAST TWITCH MUSCLE

This is another good exercise for increasing your vertical jump. You want to spend as little time as possible on the ground. Act like you are jumping on a hot frying pan.


Technique
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.  
2. Spring as high as possible, land, jump again as soon as possible.

CAUTIONS!!
• Keep your leaps controlled and contained.
