Glute/Ham

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP THE GLUTE MUSCLES and HAMSTRINGS

This exercise not only works the glutes and hamstring, but also develops explosive power.


Technique
1. Lie down on the glute machine and strap yourself in with the waist belt. Curl one knee over the pad at a time.  
2. Pull down with your legs in a controlled manner, stretching as far as possible at the bottom.
3. Slowly bring your knees back up to the starting position.

CAUTIONS!!

•Start with a low weight if you have never performed this exercise before.
