Gripper

Purpose of this exercise:TO BUILD THE FOREARM MUSCLES

The gripper is a machine that has two handles, one on top of the other. A weight is attached to the lower handle.


Technique
1. Sit on the bench and grasp both handles with both hands. Your thumbs should be on the top handle and your fingers under the bottom handle.  
2. Slowly squeeze the two handles together. Hold the handles together for a count of 3 and repeat.  

CAUTIONS!!
•If your forearms begin to hurt, stop this exercise for the day.
