E-Z Bar Reverse Curls

Purpose of this exercise: TO STRENGTHEN THE BICEPS, BRACHIALIS, BRACHIORADIALIS

The E-Z Bar is a barbell that is bent to look like a 'W' in the middle. Reverse curls have an effect similar to that of preacher curls, except they place a different stress on the forearm muscles.


Technique
1. Stand holding the weight at your waist. Use the pronated grip: palms down, facing you.
2. Lift the weight by bending at your elbows until the bar almost reaches your collarbone.
3. Return to the starting position.

CAUTIONS!!
•Never exercise without a competent spotter
