Dumbbell Incline Curl

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP THE PECTORALS AND DELTOIDS.

This exercise should be done through the fullest range of motion possible.

Technique
1. Position the body on a 45 degree bench with feet flat on the floor.
2. Arms are hanging straight down to the sides with palms facing the bench.
3. Slowly curl the dumbbells upwards to shoulder level while turning the palms upwards.
4. Slowly lower dumbbells until arms are hanging straight down in a fully extended position.

CAUTIONS!!
• Letting the elbows push out away form the body.
