Bent Over Lateral Raise

Purpose of this exercise: TO DEVELOP POSTERIOR DELTOIDS AND TRAPEZIUS.

Also known as the Bent Over Rear Delt, this exercise should be done in conjunction with the front raise and the side lateral raise in order to fully develop the deltoid. There are machines that simulate this exercise as well.
