Bicep Curl |

Purpose
of this exercise: TO STRENGTHEN THE BICEP
This
manual exercise can be done alone or with a partner.
This is a good alternate exercise if you don't have
access to weights to preform regular curls.

| Technique |
| 1. |
Start
with one arm at your side, slightly bent. With your
other hand, press against the hand at your side
to create the resistance for this exercise. |
|
| 2. |
Bending
at the elbow, slowly pull the arm at rest up, creating
resistance with the second arm. |
| 3. |
Once
your hand touches your chest, lower your arm slowly,
but continue to apply pressure with the second arm. |
|

| CAUTIONS!! |
| Never
exercise without a competent spotter who can judge how
much resistance to place on the towel. |
