Bench Push Ups

Purpose of this exercise: TO BUILD THE UPPER PECTORIAL MUSCLES

This is an alternate exercise to the incline bench press and is also known as incline push-ups. It works the same muscles.


Technique
1. Assume the standard push up position except place your hands on a bench instead of the floor. Your upper body should be higher than your lower body. Feet on the floor.  
2. Perform the standard push up.

CAUTIONS!!
•Keep your back straight during this exercise.
