Seated Low Row - Machine

Purpose of this exercise: TO WORK THE BACK AND THE LOWER LATS

Using separated handles as pictured allows you to get your hands and elbows farther back, putting more stress on the center of the back.

Technique
1. Grasp the pulley handles and sit upright with knees slightly bent and feet against supports.
2. Slowly pull the handles into the stomach region while keeping the arms close to the sides.
3. Keep the chest high and do not excessively lean back.
4. Slowly allow the handles to move away from the body until the arms are extended.
5. Do not excessively lean forward as this will not be of any greater benefit.

CAUTIONS!!

Do not involve the lower back muscles by swaying back and forth.
Always keep the weight under control.
Never exercise without a competent spotter
