Back Arches

Purpose of this exercise: BACK STABILIZATION

This exercise strengthens the back muscles for support and strength.


Technique
1. Lie on the floor, face down. Extend arms straight out in front of you and keep you legs together and out.
2. Simultaneously lift the upper body and the legs off the floor. Pause for a count of 3 and return to the starting position.

CAUTIONS!!
•Do back arches in a controlled manner.
