Cross Back Arches

Purpose of this exercise: TO STRENGTHEN and STABILIZE THE BACK

Your back offers support for your entire upper body and is essiential to make it stronger.


Technique
1. Lie on the floor, face down. Extend your arms straight out in front of your head.
2. Simultaneously lift the left arm and upper body and right leg off the floor. Hold this position for 3 to 5 counts.
3. Return to starting position and repeat the movement with the opposite extremities (right arm, left leg).

CAUTIONS!!
•Perform this exercise slowly
