The Anabolic Diet / Metabolic Diet / Anabolic Solution

I wrote the Metabolic Diet to introduce some of the principles I first wrote about in the Anabolic Diet to the general public. The Metabolic Diet, at over 500 pages as against less than 100 pages for the Anabolic Diet, was not just an a rewrite of my Anabolic Diet, it also contained a more sophisticated look at the diet with new variations, expanded on the synergistic use of low carb nutritional supplements, and introduced the Metabolic Index as a guide to fat loss and body composition.

But the Metabolic Diet, although useful for almost everyone, wasn’t meant for bodybuilders or other athletes who were looking for maximum increases in lean muscle mass, power and performance. These athletes were still using the Anabolic Diet, even though it was superceded by the Metabolic Diet, because it was geared more for bodybuilders.
I then decided to write the Anabolic Solution series of books to cater specifically to bodybuilders, powerlifters, and other athletes. My new Anabolic Solution series is made up of four books, two of which are now available and two that I’m presently working on. The AS series combines a focused look at using the Metabolic Diet and nutritional supplements in various phases of training and competition for most sports.
